Stephanie Saikaly

Stephanie Saikaly is a Positive Behavior Specialist at North Allegheny School District, responsible for implementing behavioral support across various district buildings. In addition, Stephanie serves as Head Coach for Middle School Track & Field, focusing on athlete training and development. As an Adjunct Professor at York College of Pennsylvania, instructional responsibilities include graduate courses in Behavioral Sciences and Education. With extensive experience as the Owner and Behavior Consultant at Bridges Behavior Consulting since 2013, Stephanie provides therapeutic services for behavior modification and mental health. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor and Supervisor at the University of Pittsburgh, as well as Developmental Therapist for TEIS, Inc. and Behavior Support Consultant at Southwestern Human Services. Stephanie holds a BA from Syracuse University and an MEd in Autism Specialization from the University of Pittsburgh.
