Chad Blanton

Director, Workforce Management at North American Bancard

Chad Blanton has over 20 years of work experience. Chad started their career in 2000 as a Monitoring Servicing Specialist III at BI Incorporated and worked there until 2002. In 2002, they joined CNO Financial Group as a Manager, Call Center Support. In this role, they were responsible for workforce management, training, telecom, IT, and project management needs for an 80-person call center. Chad also managed a team of six business and workforce analysts and supported multiple call centers domestically and internationally. Chad then joined North American Bancard in 2015 as Director, Workforce Management. In this senior leadership role, they provided strategic direction and tactical leadership for all workforce management areas, supporting over 500 ACD agents and 1000+ users across multiple sites and call centers.

Chad Blanton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Statistics from Columbia University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University in 2015. In 2017, Chad pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University, completing it in 2019. Earlier in their education, from 1995 to 1997, they studied Risk Management & Insurance at Ball State University. Alongside their academic qualifications, Chad has obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including ETA CPP, Genesys Cloud CX Professional (GCP), Genesys Cloud CX: Workforce Management Certification, and several insurance-related certifications from LOMA.
