Jennifer Fornatoro

Jennifer Fornatoro has over 28 years of experience in the customer service and compliance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Head of 1099 Compliance at North American Bancard since December 2005, Jennifer has also held roles including Compliance Manager and Customer Service Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Sherwin Williams Paints as Customer Service Manager from September 1994 to December 2005. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from David N. Myers College, along with a high school diploma from Solon High School.
