David Simoni

David Simoni is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at FIFCO USA since May 2019. In addition to this role, David holds the position of Senior Counsel at North American Breweries, Inc., where tenure began in January 2014, and has also served as Counsel and Regulatory Compliance Advisor. Since March 2016, David has contributed to Out of the Blue WNY, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, as Vice President of Legal Affairs. Prior legal experience includes working as an Attorney at Rupp, Baase, Pfalzgraf, Cunningham & Coppola from May 2009 to January 2014, and completing internships at Wegmans Food Markets and the Monroe County District Attorneys Office. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law (2010) and a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College (2007).
