Orlene Eichhorn, ACS, ALMI, has been with North American Company for Life and Health Insurance since June 1996, currently serving as the Underwriting Manager for North America, overseeing a team of 11 individuals and managing multiple departmental projects. Previously, Orlene held the position of Underwriting Consultant, training approximately 60 underwriters on the AURA underwriting system and serving as a subject matter expert. Earlier career experience includes working as a Senior Underwriter, where contributions were made to the development and testing of a new underwriting system implemented in February 2015, and roles at Midland National Life Insurance Company as an Underwriter and Junior Underwriter, as well as a Shipping Technician at Miktomm Mortgage. Orlene holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics from Augustana University (SD).
