Matt Rise is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Underwriting Manager at North American Company for Life and Health Insurance since January 2017, with previous roles as Underwriting Consultant and Senior Underwriter. Prior to this, Matt held positions as Senior Life Underwriter at Voya Financial and ING, as well as Life Underwriter and Mail Room Clerk at State Farm. Matt began their career in law enforcement as a Police Officer with the Lincoln Police Department and served as Supervisor at Frontier Correctional Systems. Matt's foundational experience includes military service as a Sergeant in the Nebraska National Guard. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a high school diploma from Wayne High School.
