Kelly Bardwell

Kelly Bardwell is an experienced professional in the dental field, currently serving as the Director of Internal Auditing and Peer Review at North American Dental Group since January 2012. In this role, Kelly implements systematic approaches for continuous improvement and risk management to enhance clinical practices. Previously, as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations, Kelly managed clinical operations across 12 dental offices, providing mentorship and continuing education, while performing chart audits to maintain quality care. Additionally, since May 1999, Kelly has contributed as Adjunct Faculty at Owens Community College, assisting with dental hygiene education and clinical patient care. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg University and an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Owens Community College.
