Mauricio Samaniego

Mauricio Samaniego has a solid background in finance and research. Mauricio started their career as an Analyst Intern at Rapid Wave Solutions in 2015. Mauricio then joined AllianceBernstein as a Securities Associate, where they worked from October 2015 to January 2017. Following that, they joined SWBC as an Equity Investment Research Analyst and held this position from January 2017 until August 2020. In 2021, Mauricio became a Senior Equity Research Analyst at VettaFi, where they worked until August 2022. Currently, they are employed at the North American Development Bank, focusing on Environmental Infrastructure Finance.

Mauricio Samaniego earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completing their studies from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Mauricio obtained the Series 66 and Series 7 certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in July 2017. Mauricio also passed Level II of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Program and Level I of the same program, both conferred by the CFA Institute.
