Regina Garcia Jimenez

Regina Garcia Jimenez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Regina started their career in 2003 as a Trade Agent at the Coahuila Trade Office. In 2006, they interned at the United Nations in the Office of Internal Oversight Services. Regina also worked as a Consultant at the North American Development Bank during the same period. Later, they joined NSHMBA as a chapter officer from 2007 to 2010. In 2016, they became a Technical Specialist at the North American Development Bank and later progressed to the role of Senior Technical Analyst. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at the same company. In addition to their corporate experience, Regina has also gained counseling experience as an LPC-intern at Elite Performance Counseling and Warren Professional Counseling Services from 2019 to 2023.

Regina pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1999 to 2003. Following this, Regina obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration from St. Mary's University in 2005-2006. Building upon their educational achievements, they then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary's University, which they completed in 2017-2019.
