Elma Lam, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as a Manager of Accounting at North American Development Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Elma held various positions at EY from January 2016 to March 2021, including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Accountant, focusing on clients in the Real Estate, Technology, Retail & Consumer Goods, Energy, and Service Organizations sectors.
