Brent Kane

Brent Kane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electric power industry and military communications. Currently serving as a Bulk Power System Awareness Engineer at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) since April 2018, Brent previously held the role of Master Dispatcher at PJM Interconnection from April 2009 to April 2018. Earlier, Brent worked as a Transmission and Distribution Crew Leader and EMS/SCADA Technician for the City of Dover from June 2000 to April 2009, overseeing system operations and technical services. Brent's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where from April 1992 to April 1996, Brent specialized as a Communications Specialist, focusing on UHF/VHF encrypted radio and computer systems in the Tactical Data Control Center.
