Ccep Tammie L. Henderson

Tammie L. Henderson, CCEP, is a seasoned professional in compliance and program management, currently serving as Manager of Compliance Assurance at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) since January 2023. Previously, Tammie held the position of Manager of NERC Compliance at NV Energy from October 2005 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing FERC compliance programs, conducting audits, and improving compliance-related processes. Tammie's earlier experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of Energy, such as Senior Program Analyst and Small Business Program Manager, where Tammie managed significant programs and contracts totaling millions in funding. Tammie holds a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Fort Valley State University.
