Ryan Ardagna

Ryan A. is an IT Specialist at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) since April 2023, bringing prior experience as a Tier 1.5 technician at HumanTouch, LLC, where responsibilities included training new agents, managing escalated tickets, and hosting procedural meetings.
