Sharon Bodgan

Sharon Bogdan has over two decades of experience in the human resources field. Sharon started their career at NAFI/NFI in 1996 as an Accounts Payable Coordinator and later worked as a Payroll Coordinator. In 1999, they became an HR Coordinator, managing various HR tasks until 2012 when they were promoted to Senior HR Coordinator. In 2014, Sharon was appointed as the Director of Benefits and HRIS, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at North American Family Institute, Inc.

Sharon Bodgan attended Bentley University from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they did not specify a degree or field of study. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2020.
