Shelly Waldman Ms

Shelly Waldman, MS, SPHR has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources. Shelly currently holds the position of Director of Employee Relations at NFI Massachusetts, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at North American Family Institute, Inc. where they held various roles including Director of Employee Relations and Corporate Compliance from September 2015 with no end date specified, as well as Director of Human Resources from September 1992 to September 2015.

Shelly Waldman holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) from Villanova University. Shelly also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Northeastern University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they earned in January 2016.
