Christopher M. Scaringe

Chris currently serves as Evergreen North America’s General Counsel. Prior to the acquisition in June 2016, he served as the CFO and General Counsel for North American Industrial Services from January 1999, helping NAIS grow from a small regional company to a recognized national enterprise. During this time, he also helped establish and grow the company’s Canadian and European affiliates.

Prior to entering the industrial service industry, Chris was a partner in the law firm of Dreyer Boyajian LLP, in Albany, NY. He specialized in areas of commercial law and litigation, corporate law and taxation.

Chris is a graduate from Siena College located in Loudonville, NY earning a B.B.A. in Accounting. As well as a graduate from Albany Law School located in Albany, NY earning a J.D. He was the assistant editor of the Albany Law Review. Chris serves on the Committee for Character and Fitness for the New York State Court System and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is also admitted to practice law in the Federal Second Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and member of the NYS Society of CPAs.
