Karen Engler

Karen Engler has been a part of the NAPA team since 2002. As Senior Vice President of Managed Care, Karen’s leadership responsibilities include strategically developing, negotiating, and monitoring the financial and operational terms of commercial and government payor agreements with diverse reimbursement methodologies.

Karen has over 30+ years of experience in healthcare with a concentration in managed care and provider contract negotiations, network development, and provider relations. Prior to joining NAPA, Karen has held professional and management positions at Met Life, Independent Health, and MDNY Healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Josephs College with post graduate studies in Healthcare. Karen is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Medical Group Management Association, and America’s Health Insurance Plans.
