Brooke Austin

Brooke Austin is a seasoned professional with significant experience in membership management and customer service. Currently serving as Membership Manager at North American Spine Society since June 2017, Brooke previously held the role of Assistant Manager of Membership. Prior experience includes working as an Account Specialist at JMI, where responsibilities encompassed account maintenance and trade show planning, and as Consumer Development Manager at Penske Truck Leasing, overseeing agent training and business operations. Brooke's career began with diverse roles in customer service and management during university, including positions at Stevenson Tower Dining and New Student Programs. An alumnus of Eastern Illinois University, Brooke holds a Bachelor of Business and Applied Sciences degree in Management.
