Justin Steinbach is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the foodservice industry and strategic sales development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Out of Home at IFFCO Group since July 2023, Justin also holds a position on the Board of Directors as a Family Board Observer with North American Stamping Group, contributing to operational excellence and innovative technology development. Previously, as Global Vice-President of Foodservice at Barilla Group, Justin successfully tripled the business from 175 million Euros to 550 million Euros over eight years, managing operations across 121 markets. Justin's prior roles include Global Director of Sales Development at Danone, where Justin doubled the business from 450 million to 950 million Euros, and Director of National Accounts at Sofina Foods Inc., managing significant corporate accounts and P&L. With an educational background in Business Administration and Sociology from Saint Mary's University and a Diploma in Recreation Leadership from Fanshawe College, Justin's career is characterized by a strong focus on growth and strategic leadership across various sectors.

NASG is an industry leader in the manufacturing of stampings and automated assemblies. Our manufacturing footprint allows full coverage of the NAFTA market from Canada, through the southern United States and down through Mexico. Our organization includes 12 facilities and 1 sales and engineering office encompassing 1.6 million square feet, 115 state of the art stamping presses up to 1,650 tons, as well as hundreds of secondary assembly operations. Ten of the facilities are production facilities with two being our tooling and automation technical centers. We are powered by 2,000 team members in 3 countries. Our sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 18.0% for the last eight years, tripling our business, while making us one of the largest leading Tier II automotive stamping and assembly suppliers with annual sales approaching $487 million.
