Molly Hamill, CMP, CEM

Molly Hamill, CMP, CEM has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Molly is currently working as the Director of Exhibit Sales and Operations at the North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) since April 2022. Prior to that, Molly served at IAAPA as the Director, Global Sales from February 2022 to April 2022. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director, Global Sales (March 2021 - February 2022) and Manager, Exhibition Sales (April 2017 - March 2021) at the same organization. Molly also worked at NACS as the Exhibit Sales and Services Manager, where they managed booth sales for a large exhibit space and sold show marketing opportunities (May 2016 - April 2017). Molly started their career as an Exhibit Sales and Services Coordinator at NACS from June 2013 to May 2016. Molly's other work experiences include being a Meetings and Logistics Coordinator at the American Composites Manufacturers Association (May 2012 - June 2013), a Conference and Convention Intern at the Association of Zoos & Aquariums (January 2012 - May 2012), a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites (June 2011 - October 2011), and an Intern at the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) (June 2010 - January 2011).

Molly Hamill, CMP, CEM graduated from Old Dominion University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Tourism Studies. In August 2014, they obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council. Later, in November 2019, Molly acquired the Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) certification from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE). Additionally, they obtained the Emergency Medical Response certification from the American Red Cross in January 2012.
