Lacey Johnson

Lacey Johnson, PHR SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources. Lacey most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at North Arkansas Electric Coop since November 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Baxter International Inc. from March 2009 to October 2017. Lacey's earlier experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at Columbia Flooring from May 2001 to February 2009.

Lacey Johnson, PHR SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Arkansas State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and SHRM - Certified Professional from SHRM.
