Douglas Norton

Mr. Norton is currently President and founder of AccessPlus Communications, a leading telecommunications consulting firm with clients including major universities and corporations in the New England region. Prior to AccessPlus, Mr. Norton was co-founder and COO for Equal Access Networks, LLC, leading the company from the conceptual phase to fully functioning wire-line and carrier-class wireless CLEC serving rural regions in the northeast. Prior, he was CTO for New England Digital Distribution, serving clients such as EMC, Data General, and US Trust Bank. Mr. Norton was VP of Engineering at Henshcel, a shipboard communications company with clients such as the US Navy, and previously spent 12 years with GTE’s Spacenet International Division. Mr. Norton attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and his MBA.
