Tim Johnson is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Superintendent at Columbia since April 2023, Tim also contributes as a Part-Time Instructor at the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters. Tim's career includes significant positions such as General Superintendent at F.L. Caulfield & Sons, Inc. and Suffolk Construction, as well as Superintendent at Boston Carpenters Local 327 and several other construction firms. Tim initiated a career in carpentry as a Lead Carpenter at Modern Continental Construction and has held various roles dating back to 1990, including a Disc Jockey position. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Classical Languages from the University of New Hampshire.

North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters
The North Atlantic States Regional Council represents more than 28,000 men and women employed by the leading residential and commercial general contractors and carpentry subcontractors in the region. Work performed by carpenters includes: wood framing; concrete; interior metal framing and drywall; ceilings; window installation; flooring; doors and hardware; finish/trim; mill work and furniture installation; pile driving; marine construction and diving. The union prides itself on offering the most comprehensive apprenticeship and life-long skills upgrade training to members at 18 locations.
