Wayne Flach Jr.

Wayne Flach Jr. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as Site Superintendent for the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters since July 2022, Wayne has also held a management role at Flach Industries, Inc. since June 2013, where responsibilities include finance, accounting, real estate transaction oversight, property management, and safety. Additionally, Wayne was the proprietor of Greater Things Roasters from January 2016 to November 2022, focusing on organic and ethically traded micro-batch coffee roasting. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration in Business & Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, both from Liberty University, as well as earlier degrees in Biblical Theology and General Studies from Liberty University and Columbia-Greene Community College, respectively.
