Alyssa Bedard has a diverse work experience. Alyssa started their career in 2009 as a Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards. Alyssa then worked as a Tour Guide at Laurentian University in 2013. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Summer Student at the City of North Bay. In 2015, they held roles as a Learning Module Researcher and Writer at Queen's University Office of Global Health and as a Community Health Team Placement Student at Kingston Community Health Centres. Alyssa also worked as a Server and Barista at Twiggs Coffee Roasters for a few months in 2016. Alyssa was a Constituency Assistant at the Office of Member of Parliament Anthony Rota and a Research Intern at Nipissing University in the same year. Starting from 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Freelance Worker/Consultant on various contracts, focusing on program evaluation and health promotion projects for community health organizations. Alyssa Bedard earned a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degree in Health Promotion from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health at Queen's University from 2014 to 2015.
