Julia Kriegel

Julia Kriegel is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in special education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at North Bellmore Union Free School District since August 2017. In addition to this role, Julia has been a Teaching Assistant at John F Kennedy Elementary School and Elizabeth M. Baker Elementary School since September 2016 and August 2015, respectively. Julia also contributes to youth development as the Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Great Neck North High School. With a background as a Special Education Itinerant Teacher at Metro Therapy and past experience as Head Teacher at West End Day School, Julia has honed skills in developing IEP goals, evaluating child progress, and implementing behavioral modification strategies. Julia holds a Master of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware. Additionally, Julia has worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist since 2012, showcasing versatility in both education and creative fields.
