Joseph El Youssef

Joseph El Youssef is an experienced endocrinologist and diabetes specialist currently providing medical services at North Bend Medical Center, focusing on adult general endocrinology and diabetes management. With significant expertise in Type 1 Diabetes and diabetes technology, Joseph previously held a joint faculty position at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) since 2016, collaborating with the Oregon Artificial Pancreas group. As a faculty endocrinologist at OHSU since 2010, responsibilities included clinical duties at the Harold Schnitzer Diabetes Health Center and researching the Artificial Pancreas Project. Joseph also served as Chief Resident at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and completed medical training at the University of the West Indies.
