Chelsea Schuman

Chelsea Schuman is an experienced physical therapist currently working at North Boulder Physical Therapy since February 2022, specializing in optimizing health and performance for active individuals. Prior positions include physical therapist roles at the Orthopaedic Specialists of North Carolina from November 2019 to February 2022, and Xcel Movement and Performance from November 2018 to November 2019. Chelsea gained foundational skills during a progressive series of student physical therapist internships, including experiences at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Jowonio School, United Health Services, and Adirondack Medical Center. Chelsea holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from SUNY Brockport, earned in 2014. Prior to the career in physical therapy, Chelsea developed customer service and professional skills as a barista at Starbucks from May 2012 to January 2019.
