Jessica Stroia

Jessica Stroia, MAOL, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior HR Generalist at Richter from October 2023. Jessica is an active member of the OHSAA School Board Liaison Committee and the Northeast Region Executive Committee for the Ohio School Boards Association since August 2022. Additionally, Jessica holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Education for North Canton City Schools since January 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at DRB Systems, LLC (June 2020 - July 2023), Office Administrator at the law office of Victoria E. Schafer (December 2019 - June 2020), and Administrative Assistant at the 415 Group (September 2017 - December 2019). Earlier positions involved service on the North Canton Zoning and Building Board of Appeals and as Secretary for the North Canton Charter Review Commission. Jessica's early career included roles at Starbucks as a certified Coffee Master and as Server Manager at The Main Street Grille. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, both from Malone University.
