J'Dee Adams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, Adams worked as a Salesman at Mr. Mac Men's Clothier. From 2007 to 2009, Adams served as a Title Assistant at Cache Title, where responsibilities included preparing real estate title transactions. In 2009, Adams worked as a Rehabilitation Aide at Intermountain Healthcare, collaborating with therapists and managing patient charting and scheduling. In 2011, Adams joined BayCare Health System as an Administrative Resident, focusing on physician leadership development and care management for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Adams then moved to St. Luke's Health System in 2012, first as an Administrative Fellow and later as a Manager of Operations at St. Luke's Elks Rehabilitation. At St. Luke's, Adams assisted with integrating a critical access hospital and managed the construction of an ambulatory surgery center. In 2014, Adams transitioned to North Canyon Medical Center, initially as Director of Operations and then as Chief Operating Officer. Adams played a key role in advancing care in the region, overseeing the development of new clinic facilities and recruiting caregivers. Since November 2019, Adams has served as the Chief Executive Officer at North Canyon Medical Center.
J'Dee Adams earned a B.S. in Human Movement Science from Utah State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2009. Later, J'Dee pursued a degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2012.
