Leanne Preciado

Leanne (Leah) Preciado is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in networking and collaboration engineering. Currently serving as Lead Collaboration Engineer for the North Carolina Department of Information Technology since February 2019, Leanne also holds the position of Network Engineer at the North Carolina Department of Public Safety since July 2017, and has been a WAN Engineer II at the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts since March 2016. Prior to these roles, Leanne worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Cisco, specializing in IOS XR, and gained valuable experience in retail and management as an Assistant Store Manager at Old Navy and Customer Service Manager at Walmart. Leanne's career began in the United States Air Force, where important technical skills were developed as a Computer Network Cryptographic and Switching Systems Technician. A Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Technology was earned from East Carolina University, complementing a background in technology and leadership.
