Jill Laurich Rushing, PhD, is a Senior Health Programs Manager and Evaluator at the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners. Prior to this role, Jill held positions as a Community Development Specialist at the NC Office of Rural Health, Evaluator at the NC Division of Public Health, and Planner/Evaluator at the NC Council on Developmental Disabilities.
