Philip Lane

Philip Lane is a Communications Director at the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners since April 2024. Prior to this, Philip was the Director of Communications and Marketing at Legacy Healthcare Services. With a Master's degree in Communication - Public Relations and Marketing, Philip has extensive experience in leading communication, marketing, and branding strategies, as well as managing crisis communication, public relations, and rebranding initiatives. Additionally, Philip has experience in teaching public speaking courses at North Carolina State University and has a background in digital marketing and graphic design.
