Todd McNeill serves as the 2nd Vice President and District 14 Director of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners since October 2020. In addition, Todd McNeill holds the position of Chairman at the Ashe County Board of Commissioners since January 2018 and is the Region D Forum Representative for the NC Association of Regional Councils of Government. Todd McNeill has been the Owner of Libby Lane Gourmet Foods since October 2010, where the business specializes in USDA inspected, handmade, traditional Moravian style chicken pies and other specialty foods. Moreover, Todd McNeill was Vice Chairman and then Chairman of the High Country Council of Governments from January 2020 to September 2024. Educationally, Todd McNeill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Appalachian State University between 2002 and 2006.
