Hossein Sarrafzadeh

Hossein Sarrafzadeh is a distinguished academic and leader in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as a University Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center of Excellence in Cybersecurity at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Sarrafzadeh holds multiple significant roles, including membership on the HBCU Cybersecurity Consortium Steering Committee and the Steering Committees of the International Conference on Privacy, Security and Trust. With a strong educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, Sarrafzadeh has led notable achievements, such as establishing New Zealand's first cybersecurity research center, creating innovative programs in education and cybersecurity, and significantly increasing research output and funding throughout his career.
