Jen Mathis

Jen Mathis is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development and Vice President at the North Carolina Bankers Association since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jen held various positions at First Bank, including AVP and Senior Training Consultant from March 2022 to July 2025, and at Select Bank & Trust Company as AVP and Credit Analyst from June 2019 to July 2025. Earlier in the career, Jen worked at West Town Bank & Trust, where responsibilities included SVP Corporate Training Manager, SVP Loan Operations Manager, Loan Servicing Manager, and Commercial Loan Processor from November 2014 to June 2019.
