Associate VP Workforce Strategies at North Carolina Community College System

Andrew Gardner has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Andrew started their career as a Research Fellow at ECMC Foundation, specializing in Postsecondary Career and Technical Education (CTE). Later, they joined Montgomery Community College, where they served as the Dean of Continuing Education for five years. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Associate VP Workforce Strategies at the North Carolina Community College System.

Andrew Gardner attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in the field of Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Prior to that, they studied at Southern New Hampshire University from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Administration from George Mason University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
