Andrew Gardner has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Andrew started their career as a Research Fellow at ECMC Foundation, specializing in Postsecondary Career and Technical Education (CTE). Later, they joined Montgomery Community College, where they served as the Dean of Continuing Education for five years. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Associate VP Workforce Strategies at the North Carolina Community College System.

Andrew Gardner attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in the field of Educational Leadership and Administration, General.
