Anthony Locklear

Anthony Locklear currently serves as an Eva Clayton Fellow at the North Carolina Democratic Party, where responsibilities include initiating community programs, coordinating voter registration drives, and proposing initiatives for dialogue on federal recognition for the Lumbee tribe. Prior to this role, Anthony participated in the Duke PLUS Fellowship, a competitive pre-law program at Duke University.
