Erica Calderon

Erica Calderon holds the position of Agritourism Marketing Specialist III at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services since November 2023, where responsibilities include directing the agritourism marketing program and enhancing visitor engagement for over 2,000 farms statewide. Previously, Erica was the Owner & Marketing Director of Satori Meals from June 2020 to June 2024, leading a health-focused meal prep and catering business. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Director at Boyette Brothers Produce from December 2015 to December 2020, where Erica managed marketing initiatives for a globally reaching produce company, and as Regional Marketing Coordinator at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex from February 2012 to November 2015, overseeing local marketing for more than 35 restaurant locations. Erica holds certifications in Digital Marketing and Grant Writing from the University of Central Florida and Wake Technical Community College, respectively.
