Heather Lifsey Barnes

Heather Lifsey Barnes has over 24 years of experience in agricultural marketing and extension services. Currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services since November 2010, Heather previously held the roles of County Extension Director and Agriculture Agent at the North Carolina Cooperative Extension from June 1999 to November 2010. Heather holds a Master's degree in Agriculture Education and a Bachelor's degree in Animal and Poultry Science, both from Virginia Tech.
