Kunal Choksi

Kunal Choksi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Senior Deputy Attorney General and Director of the Consumer Protection Division at the NC Department of Justice since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Attorney General. Prior to this role, Kunal Choksi worked as an Associate Attorney at Tharrington Smith LLP from January 2020 to February 2021, and as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from July 2016 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2012 to June 2016.
