Randy Spielman

Randy Spielman currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Product Development and Digital Gaming at the North Carolina Education Lottery since June 2018, previously holding the role of Director of Product Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customer Success at Pollard Banknote Limited and multiple positions at the North Carolina Education Lottery from June 2007 to October 2016, including Director of Product Development and Product Manager. Prior roles also encompass Project Manager at IES Southwest Inc., Business Development at Veritel Corporation, and Senior Analyst at Qwest. Randy Spielman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
