Reginald Barnes

Reginald Barnes has extensive experience in sales management, currently serving as the Director of Sales for the North Carolina Education Lottery since February 2006. Previously, Reginald held the position of Charlotte Regional Manager at NCEL from February 2006 to July 2014. Prior experience includes a role as National Chain Accounts Manager at I.H.S. Distributing Co from March 1988 to March 1998. Reginald is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary since 2012.
