Justin Enoch

Justin Enoch has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at North Carolina Eye Ear Nose and Throat, as well as serving as the Regional Director at Duke Health Integrated Practice. Prior to these roles, they were the Sr. Vice President of Practice Management at Prelude Fertility from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they were the CEO of IVF Florida Reproductive Associates, a leading infertility practice generating $30M in annual revenue. Justin also served as the Regional Executive Director at Shady Grove Fertility Center. Earlier in their career, Justin worked at DaVita as a Regional Operations Director and Divisional Finance Manager, overseeing multiple dialysis facilities. Justin also worked at Choice Hotels International as a Manager of Budgets & Analysis and at Cingular Wireless as a Senior Finance Manager. Justin began their career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they worked on various government contracts consulting engagements. Justin's experience covers operations management, finance, budgeting, and consulting roles in a diverse range of industries.

Justin Enoch's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Little Rock Central High School between 1991 and 1993. Following that, they attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Justin pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University. This degree was earned from 2002 to 2005.
