Makenzie Felicia

Makenzie Felicia is an experienced sports professional currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at both North Carolina Football Club and North Carolina Courage since December 2024. Prior experience includes holding various roles at Syracuse Crunch from July 2021 to November 2024, culminating in the positions of Director of Retail and Senior Account Executive, where responsibilities included generating ticket revenue and managing merchandise lines. Additional experience includes roles in merchandise coordination, officiating lacrosse, and supporting athletic departments at St. John Fisher College and SUNY Brockport. Makenzie holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland and two Bachelor's degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Sport Management from SUNY Brockport.
