Elizabeth Mizelle serves as the Sr Director of Measurement at the North Carolina Hospital Association since July 2014, where efforts focus on improving the delivery of quality and affordable healthcare in North Carolina through advocacy and education. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Public Health Consultant at the North Carolina Division of Public Health from March 2007 to June 2014, leading data programs for maternal and child health initiatives. Additionally, Elizabeth held the position of Lead Health Communication Specialist at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, managing a health hotline. Previous experience includes roles as a Pregnancy Care Manager at the Carrboro Community Health Center and as an Instructional Technology Support Coordinator at Duke University. Elizabeth's career began as a Development Coordinator at Ipas, an organization promoting reproductive rights.
