Kayla Gurley

Kayla Gurley, MPA, currently serves as the Senior Development Officer at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. In addition, Kayla is a Guardian ad Litem for the Friends of Wake County Guardian ad Litem Program. Previously, Kayla held positions as the Director of Annual Giving and Annual Giving and Stewardship Manager at the North Carolina Symphony, as well as Development Manager at Youth Villages. Early career roles include Special Event Coordinator at the North Carolina Symphony and Administrative Manager at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Kayla earned a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government and International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
