Sheila Sherer

Sheila Johnston Sherer is a seasoned graphic designer with extensive experience in publication design. Currently serving as a Graphic Designer at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences since October 2022, Sheila has been an independent graphic design consultant since January 2000. Prior professional roles include Assistant Director of Client Publications and Senior Graphic Designer at the University of Maryland, where Sheila designed a wide range of materials for the Office of University Advancement. Early career experience includes positions as Design & Editorial Assistant and Junior Graphic Designer at the University of Baltimore. Sheila holds a Master's degree in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
