Facilities and Maintenance Team

The Facilities and Maintenance Team at the North Carolina School for the Deaf is responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the campus infrastructure. Their duties include electrical work, vehicle and equipment repair, construction and renovation projects, painting, general maintenance, and groundskeeping. This team plays a crucial role in creating an optimal learning and living environment for students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
