Claude Holliday has extensive experience in application systems analysis and software engineering. Currently serving as an Applications Systems Analyst I at the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State since March 2014, Claude has been responsible for designing, building, and testing the migration of reports from VB6 to VB.NET and C#. Prior to this role, Claude worked at GlaxoSmithKline from September 1989 to December 2013, where significant contributions included the design, development, and prototyping of the Demand Forecast Tool—a VBA macro for Excel that accurately predicted monthly drug needs across sites—and the creation of a web-based generic parser for scientific data using C#. Claude holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1973 and 1977.
